Priorityhandler for solving #6, #7, #8, #9

When creating a event there should be the option to select which posts/users/others that are getting priorities/lowered prices. This could be done by creating a priority ranking system which makes it easy to use

For example we could have 6 priority levels
0 - Normal user, doesnt have priority or lowered price
1 - Anmodade, gets sittning price lowered/removed
2 - Working, has priority and goes for free
3 ...
4 ...
5 ....

This would be good because it would allow not to have many different applications for #6 , #7 , #8 and #9 when they can be the same
