rst__lineblocks disappear in chrome when zooming in/zooming out

This can be replicated on the story book example, but it looks like there's a width and height of 1px which causes issues on chrome.

Since this problem generally occurs with 1px borders, a common work-around is to change border-width to "thin solid #000", but seeing as how these lines are implemented, I'm not sure what a fix could be.
