Review our centralised workflows basing on functionality / value addition.

We currently have many workflows that do run on specified triggers but not all of them are really being useful at this moment.

I'm going to review one by one and gauge impact from the time we did the last release. A few could be dropped.

After streamlining them again, they will be synced afresh in all repos across the 2 Git hub Org accounts
