Responsive behaviour for header

Currently the header of the web UI works well at larger screen sizes but not so well for smaller sizes. Often, even on desktops and laptops users will use a downsized browser to make space for multiple applications.

This will also provide the benefit of being able to read API documentation on mobile and tablet devices (Editing experience of the swagger editor itself is not optimised for touch devices and small screens).
