remove email from json dataset

it is possible to remove the email address from the json data after you clicked "Full JSON Dataset"? I know it's not full then anymore but for privacy reason we could think about it after there is a mail form (see #6)

Start by finding the entry point that serves the "Full JSON Dataset" and inspect how email addresses are included in its output. Review issue #6 for the proposed mail form context. Done means the full dataset no longer exposes email addresses while the endpoint remains usable and the privacy behavior is covered by an appropriate test.
