Not working with codingame.com (Monaco editor)

### Description and repro

GhostText works for me with all other sites (including the test page) but not codingame.com

The browser extension says it's established a connection with my editor, and I get a notification that the editor is wanting my attention, but no new tab appears.

codingame.com appears to be using the Monaco editor.

I've also noticed that GT is unable to disconnect (eg from right-click menu on the extension icon) on any web site.
