Is it possible to add option for X and Y positioning / sizing to display VPE?

One thing.... for VPE.... please PLEASE don't limit it to needing to use only the DISPLAY name for its video settings. Allow it the option to use the "primary" display, or even better maybe X and Y positioning / sizing.

VPX / FP get really confused when Windows decides to change Monitor IDs and cause mass confusion when the PF is now on the BG monitor,etc

Makes for a real PITA when people have problems.

PUP asn an example uses X and Y positioning and sizing (no display IDs)... so it stays consistent no matter what else changes.

Would be nice to have similar options with VPE to avoid Windows headaches
