Get aligned with VP 10.7 + 10.8

There's a bunch of features and changes in VP 10.7 since we've ported it:

- [ ] add Inder/Playmatic trigger mesh
- [x] new field `NOTX` in table data ("notes text")?
- [x] `ELFO` (elastic fall-off) is now available in surfaces
- [ ] new plunger option: Enable 1s retract
- [ ] new table save date and revision in table info
- [x] make sure webp support works
- [x] make sure mp3 support works
