Description
Our current banner has some problems because it is full width: often it covers important parts of the UI including navigation. We can improve it by just making it a floating box or a toast. Maybe at best we need a new component.
For this, we can reuse partly the design that we have for the "info banner" and adjust it a bit to the needs of the big banner.
