[feat] add option to edit a config

I am working on add the relational database questions and noticed that I made a mistake in the config.

I noticed there wasn't a way to edit a current config here

It would be nice to have an edit button instead of removing that completely and creating a new config

Start from the current-config interface shown in the issue and trace the entry point that renders the existing config actions. Confirm how configs are currently removed and recreated. Done means an existing config can be opened, edited, and saved without deleting and recreating it.
