**Describe the bug**
On visiting /join page, the page does not opens up, instead throw an error. The error is mentioned in the picture below.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '/join'
2. See error
**Expected behavior**
The page should have loaded but due to some issue it does not.
