Lessons partially updating

In some steps, when tests pass, the description and lesson number don't update.. This resolves after a reload. This is confusing because it seems the tests didn't pass.

Start by reproducing the issue in the affected lesson steps: pass the tests and check whether the description and lesson number update only after a reload. Trace the lesson-progress update flow from the step completion entry point. Done means those values update immediately after tests pass without requiring a page reload.
