Bugs and QOL features

Today 10/10 - 2020 we took 30 minutes to test for bugs and missing QOL features on the commit: 4f636d4e1c118c7de8f649be9ee31cc2f0e3b5ca
These are the things we found missing.

## Bugs
- [x] Guest can only see words in textbox
- [x] Guests have words textbox rather than plain text
- [x] Guests can interact with options
- [x] Options look bad when you turn owner in an existing lobby
- [x] Redo text boxes entirely
- [x] Team without spymaster
*Reproduce: Owner leaves as spymaster [server-side]*
- [x] Trim each word before checking for packs
- [x] Its possible to select your current language
- [x] Sometimes theres an empty word at the start of the word list
- [x] Language list arrow is not centered

## Not required for release
- [ ] SM icon blinks on team switch
- [ ] Cant see you are getting kicked

- [x] Creating from welcome should use link params for room creation
- [ ] Opens on IE
- [x] Flip arrow on dropdown
- [ ] Create elements on parent elements rather than document
- [ ] Unmarking tiles on team red will sometimes leave wrong text color because of transition time

## QOL
- [x] Save words on language back and forth
- [x] No link params for words or languages or packs
