Docusaurus-like multi-lingual wikis

**Feature request**

One of the key advantages of [Docusaurus](https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus) over the Wiki is its multi-lingual capability.
Docusaurus employs a native relationship between pages in other languages, so user-created wikis can be easily integrated in crowdin to translate the documentation.
Since Frappe/ERPNext are positioned as multi-lingual, multi-currency products, it would make sense that Wiki should also support multiple languages for the companies using it.
