Show available deploys on my private benches on home

80% of the time when I login to Frappe Cloud, it is to deploy a change in my private bench. It would be nice to see a list of my benches where recent updates have been pushed and deploy is available, so that I can trigger the deploy in a single click.

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the home-page bench list and the private-bench deployment flow, then determine how recent pushed updates are identified and where a one-click deploy action belongs. Done means eligible private benches appear on home with an available deploy action that triggers deployment.
