While signing up for Frappe Cloud, the very first email sent for OTP Verification, has weird pipes in email preview.

Research direction
Reproduce the OTP verification emails during Frappe Cloud sign-up and OTP-based login, then compare their previews with the attached MIME Message PDF. No source file or test is named, so first locate the email-generation entry point for these authentication flows. Done means the email previews no longer show the unwanted pipes in either flow.
