Invoice remains unpaid even if the user adds new card

### Information about bug

When user adds new card as their old card is not working, then we dont retry paying the existing invoice with new card. This will cause the payment of the old invoice to fail and site going into suspended state

### Steps to Reproduce

In FC after adding card and creating invoice for the month, try removing the card and add a new card. Payment will be still unpaid for old invoice
