[Fix] Only show Categories which are selected in the Marketplace app

### Information about bug

Currently, we show all the categories, as created in the master. This leads to user not getting apps in few categories, which are not linked in the Marketplace app master.

Along with this fix, a functional review of apps and categories is also required.

### Steps to Reproduce

Check: https://cloud.frappe.io/marketplace/search?category=Free

Also, categories like Free and Utility need to be cleaned up. Example of two categories, with one meaning.
