[feature] Knowledge Base in chat

I always saw intercom as the undisputed leader in this area of support, simply because of their excellent chat tool and floating knowledge base.

Today there are several who have something decent, and I think it's gamechanging if they face something similar, based on the chat app that Frappe already has for example.
