Using Skills in Flow - how to make sure business process is followed by AI

I am using claude connected to my erpnext using mcp to execute tasks. I have created custom skills in claude that ensure a process inline with my business process.

Can the same be achieved using flow?

Example use cases -
1. A purchase invoice scan can trigger my purchase invoice creation in erpnext following the data standards that we follow in the business
2. Every new BOM creation in erpnext goes through the checklist ensure compliance with internal standards. Also description generation based on the BOM.

These are 2 current examples of what we do. Interested to know if this can be achieved using flow?
