Shopify Orders are not Syncing automatically

we have done intergration with shopify and it is working fine when we are selecting the sync old orders but any new order are not automatically getting synced , we have to do the manual sync by selecting the from to date in shopify setting , in the shopify setting we can see the webhook is showing as created but it is not working we are using latest API of shopify with latest version of e-commerce integration version .

could not find any doc related to shopify in the schedule type task related to auto sync except sync old order and inventory

Start by reproducing the Shopify integration with a newly created order, then inspect the Shopify settings webhook status and compare automatic handling with the manual sync using a from/to date. Check the schedule task documentation, especially the existing sync-old-orders and inventory coverage; done means new orders sync automatically without manual date-based syncing and the behavior is documented.
