**Possible Solution**

Start with install.py, especially install_bench and run_playbook around the reported lines 281 and 416, and inspect the saved /tmp/logs/easy-install__2021-05-14__04-42.log. Reproduce the sudo python3 install.py --production run on Ubuntu 20.04 and trace the site.yml ansible-playbook failure. Done means the installation completes successfully or the specific unsupported configuration is documented.
