Follow up on #9544.
After setting #9092's `transactionmanager.narayana.objectStoreTablePrefix` property and #9749 which sets the 'XA RecoveryNode' to itself, this should no longer happen.
In case it does, we need to further our investigation on how this could happen.
### Describe the Feature
In the log files you should no longer see that the periodic recovery thread is fetching all xids that do not belong to this node.
