KAFKA schema registry

**NN implementation will need schema registry**

As far as I could see in the code, it does not implement the option of a schema registry. This feature is important in a mature kafka enviromment

the schemas could be in AVRO, JSON, Protobuff and can be retrieved from a schema registry, need to be cached and be used for deserialisation
