Placing mechanism arrows go through pipe element

**Describe the bug**
When opening the frank4example4 in the frankrunner i see the arrows crossing the box of the pipe

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start frank-runner example 4
2. open the frank flow
**Expected behavior**
I would expect the default placing mechanism not to put lines through boxes
