Replace the Bitnami dependencies

Bitnami had decided to stop providing stable releases of their Docker images to the public.

We could build it ourselves, but I think it would be more sustainable to use other images.

Start by locating the Helm chart references to Bitnami Docker images and listing which dependencies need replacement. Review available stable image sources and the chart’s rendered manifests, then verify that deployments still work with the replacements and that no Bitnami references remain.
