### Describe the feature you would like

All the binaries of foundry toolsuite require quite a relevant amount of time for compilation (one above all `forge`). Opening this issue here to eventually discuss on what could be the improvements to do in order to optimize as much as possible, and so speed up the compilation process.

No files, entry points, or tests are named. Start by measuring compilation of the Foundry binaries, especially forge, and inspect the build configuration and dependency graph for the largest costs. Done should mean a documented, reproducible reduction in compilation time across the affected binaries.
