Missing User Profile Page in LicenseDB UI

### Description
Currently, the LicenseDB UI does not have a dedicated **User Profile page**.
Users are unable to view or manage their personal information, authentication details, or basic account-related settings from the UI.

### Proposed Scope (Initial)
A basic **Profile Page** that includes:
- User name
- Email
- Role
- Basic account information
- Placeholder sections for future extensions (security, activity, auth)

This can be iteratively improved over time.
