Ein großer Mehrwert des osm.de Kartenlayouts zur Standard-Karte auf osm.org wäre die Einbindung von dezenten Höhenlinien und einer Geländeschattierung, wie es etwa die Schweizer Kollegen bei deren Stil machen:
