### Objectives

- Develop a modern, responsive design for [codeheat.org](http://codeheat.org/) website that respects the current color scheme (red, gray, white) ensuring visual consistency across all pages that showcases FOSSASIA’s flagship contest.
- Integrate well-supported WordPress plugins to manage:
- Event archives (per year from 2016)
- Contest sign-up forms
- Newsletter subscription
- Content localization (multilingual support).
- Optimize the site for speed and responsiveness.
- Ensure SEO, accessibility, and multilingual support for global reach.
- Accessibility: Ensure the website fully adheres to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 AA standards, making it usable by individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure the website adheres to current security standards and best practices for WordPress.
- Provide comprehensive documentation on theme customization, plugin management, and content updates.
- Create guidelines for future developers and maintainers to ensure the website remains current and easy to update.
- Design for reuse: The final output should be a customizable WordPress theme/template that can be cloned and adapted for different codeheat events.
