Stuck in "Registering" after device migration

### Describe the Bug

I switched my iPhone 12 to a new iPhone 17 with the apple migration.
When I turn onboard the Pangolin Client it is stuck in "Registering".

I already deleted the app and archived the old device. After installing and authenticate again it is still stuck but the achieved device is back.
So maybe it is not using the serial number for identifying the device?

- Newt Version: 1.12.3
- Client Version: 0.8.0

Switch device via apple migration

### Expected Behavior

Pangolin creates a new device instead of using the old and connect.
