Organization is Required - MacOS

### Describe the Bug

I log in to the mac vpn app, confirmed that username is active and org is selected. Whenever attempting to access resources.lab I get the error "organization is required".

### Environment

- OS Type & Version: (e.g., Ubuntu 22.04) - MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1
- Pangolin Version: 1.16.2
- Gerbil Version: latest
- Traefik Version: 3.6.9
- Newt Version: 1.10.1
- Client Version: (if applicable) - 0.6.0

### To Reproduce

Connect to any resource, as far as I can tell. This is after installing the new ssh access capability to provide certificate authentication to ssh resources.

### Expected Behavior

I would expect the CA to pass the proper certificate to ssh resources and allow password-less login capability. It does not connect to any client.
