Description
### Describe the Bug
The Pangolin client on android appears to prevent network calls from connecting successfully.
When I'm connected to Pangolin on my Nothing Phone (2) running Lineage OS (microG) I cannot initiate or pick up Signal and WhatsApp calls (both video and audio only) - I (and the person on the other side) see the call coming in but the status appears as "connecting..." without allowing the call to be picked up until it ends and shows as missed.
This gets immediately resolved when I disconnect from Pangolin, even while the call is still ringing and I can receive the call. The person on the other side stayed connected to the iOS Pangolin client the whole time so it appears to be an android exclusive problem.
Disabling DNS override in the Pangolin settings and then connecting exhibits the same problem.
When I start a call with the client disconnected and connect it during the call, the call keeps going without interruption. Hanging up and calling again immediately after (without changing the client status) it is once again not possible to start a call in both directions.
### Environment
- OS Type & Version: Lineage OS for microG // 23.2-20260817-microG-Pong
- Pangolin Version: 1.21.1
- Edition (Community or Enterprise): Enterprise
- Gerbil Version: 1.4.3
- Traefik Version: 3.7.10
- Newt Version: 1.16.0
- Client Version: Android Client 0.5.0
### To Reproduce
1. Connect to Pangolin Client on Android
2. Try to place or receive a network call
3. unable to pick up call, just shows as "connecting" indefinitely
4. Disconnect client
5. works again
### Expected Behavior
Pangolin shouldn't interfere with network calling and I should be able to place / pick up network calls just as when I'm not connected to Pangolin.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on the Android Client 0.5.0 with the listed Pangolin, Gerbil, Traefik, and Newt versions, comparing Signal or WhatsApp calls while connected and disconnected. Done means calls can be placed and answered normally while Pangolin is connected, including with DNS override disabled.
