Unable to use previous API argument to next API in supertest

I want to use my first API parameters value and used that parameters in the second API . I get the first API parameters from the API response and store it as var, but I couldn't that parameter value to the second API. How do it. Please anyone provide the solution. I stuck this issue for a day.
