timeout is different in IE/Firefox/Chome

Description
I set timeout(5000) in my app, in Firefox it's OK. But in IE it seems only wait for 4 seconds. Especially in Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87, the waiting time is just 2 seconds. Why?
