[feat] add allow/deny list option for each individual alias

## Describe the feature

When using alias, sometimes this email alias is sell to commercial companies, and you start receiving email from multiple domains. But you have only created this alias for a particular domain. So could you make a option in order to restrict for each alias the sender to some domain.

exemple :
for instagram : you create "instagram@mydomain.com"
But instagram sell this email to commercial companies example instant-gaming, and now you start receiving email from @instant-gaming.com to this alias.
Like per domain, is it possible to add the same option with deny/allow list for each alias ? As we can "lock" this kind of alias with one or more sender domain. In this example we could restrict the sender to instagram.com, and if Instagram sell this email, we don't care has they'll be rejected.
