[Bug] Unable to delete unpublished models

Description
I'm unable to delete unpublished models. When i delete it, it gets deleted from the list but once i relaunch the game. the models are back.
I wanted to place my unpublished locally saved models into separate folder so i could use them later if i ever wanted to but the game re-downloads the models back despite me deleting them.
How to reproduce:
- Go to models
- Delete model
- Exit game
- Enter game and go to models
- wait a bit
- model is back
