Description
There's a way to be able to stretch the wheels like this
(on helicopter it's the blades, those are wheels)
However to do so you need to do this to either stretch wheels or make them wider. What i want is for this to be easier to do as right now you need to do this trick that might be obscure to know how to stretch them.

Some wheels do not support being stretched like that tho...
So maybe just make these be able to do this and the rest just allow them to make them evenly sized and or wide.
