Decide how to integrate SCORE replications - at minimum fix references

Need to discuss how to include the SCORE replications. Currently, they are taken as is from COS, including different effect size conversions - not sure if that is appropriate for published FReD, should we drop/recode effect sizes that we would not usually code and recalculate? Also, are we happy to include these without double-coding, or remove them until we have independently verified them?

In any case, we need to create clean references for these reports, currently authors are missing so that they aren't ready for FLoRA.
