Description
The September usability review found that selecting robustness reproductions in Years & Disciplines updates the legend but leaves prose about successful/mixed/failed replications. Citation Impact and Mean Citedness also retain replication-specific introductions for descriptive reproduction views.
Acceptance criteria:
- Drive headings, prose, chart labels and exclusions from a shared selected-kind definition across Trends, Citation Impact and Mean Citedness; distinguish computational and robustness dimensions.
- Audit remaining counters (including Studies with OMC, Registered Reports and replication attempts) against their actual unit: pairs, distinct reports or distinct originals. Handle singular counts. Show RR targets alongside repeated report entries.
- Put included/eligible/excluded N beside each chart, outside collapsed chart-data tables. In the reviewed snapshot, computational 294/357 and robustness 167/357 are overlapping subsets; the Mean Citedness binary model uses 1,832 of 2,376 metric-eligible pairs; authorship overlap excludes 111 unknown cases. Derive current values rather than hard-coding these examples.
- Add a nearby overview warning that incomplete, uneven database coverage does not estimate the replication rate of science.
- Use informative chart captions and explicit units for non-comparison tables; omit empty confidence-interval columns, use readable display precision while preserving CSV precision, and distinguish citation from co-citation coefficients.
The accompanying patch fixes mobile pair counts, reproduction evidence headings and comparison-table units, but the shared analysis-copy/denominator work remains.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Trends, Citation Impact and Mean Citedness views and locating the shared selected-kind and denominator logic. Review the accompanying patch for mobile pair counts, reproduction evidence headings and comparison-table units. Done means all acceptance criteria are reflected consistently in headings, prose, labels, units, denominators, captions, warnings and chart metadata.
