Research direction

Start by reproducing the terminal launch behavior with Extension version 0.0.10 on VS Code 1.38.0 under Windows 10, using the reported integrated-terminal setting. No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue; done means the terminal opens inside VS Code rather than in a separate window.
