Description
Hi,
first of all, thanks for this great extension!
I have one problem with cmd files though.
If my cmd file uses "start" to launch multiple instances of an application at the same time,
the extension will still run every line and wait for it to finish instead of running them simulatenously.
Please add support for the "start" command.
Thanks in advance!

Research direction
Start by locating the command execution and .cmd-file handling entry points in the extension. Reproduce a script using the Windows "start" command, then verify that supported start commands launch their applications without the extension waiting for each one sequentially.
