Can not add host or open host.

I was add two mysql db conf before. When I found issue #76, I added some debug code in this extensions, then my db conf disappeared.
When expand mysql tab, nothing happened and an error shows on console, "The user name or passphrase you entered is not correct".
Also, I add my db conf again, nothing happened, and the same error massage shows on console.
I've tried reinstall this extension, even manual rm this extension folder.

My vs code version is 1.28.2, and os is macOS 10.14.
