Add ability to use array of glob patterns or exclusion gob pattern

Hi,
Sometimes it is usefull to have an abbility to apply multiple globpatterns in dotnet-test-explorer.testProjectPath
for instance in order to exclude some projects from tests.
In order to achieve it one can use array of globe patterns or add ability to add exclusion glob patters also
