Integrate with Docker Swarm

This would mean providing a facility for users to set the DOCKER_HOST and any connection and auth details that may be required.

Then the user should be able to see a list of swarm services and act on those similarly as if they were local containers.
This would also go hand-in-hand with #6, for the purpose of deploy configurations of stacks etc.

I realize I'm reaching quite a bit with this ticket, but I just wanted to put the idea out there. ;)
