[Bug] Ctrl is pushed permanently

Description
- VS Code Version: 1.67.2
- OS Version: Windows10
- Code Runner Version: v0.11.7
I use Code Runner for running Stata. I use Ctrl+D as a shortcut for Code Runner.
The issue is that ctrl is stuck too frequently. It means that Ctrl is pushed permanently on keyboard even if I do not push Ctrl.
I can get out of the stuck after I push Ctrl+ESC.
But the stuck happens again every 5 minutes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
It happens randomly. 1 time every 5 minutes.
