[Bug] Code language not supported or defined.

- VS Code Version: 1.66
- OS Version: Windows 10
- Code Runner Version: 0.11.7

**Describe the bug**
Using Code Runner to create a HelloWorld.al Business Central development example and getting an error when running the example "Code language not supported or defined."

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new HelloWord development (Ctrl+Shift+P)
2. if required connect it to business central
3. run the development using code runner

**Actual behavior**
get the error "Code language not supported or defined."

**Expected behavior**
upload code and instance of Business central to open in the browser

I have disabled all other extensions other than AL Language and Code Runner, I have also rolled back both extensions to test but get the sames error.

as can be seen in the screenshot the correct language is set!
