[Feature request] could we have an option to supress output panel completely?

i love this extension! i was going to trash vs code until i fould your extension. i use it to run scripts externally in linux terminal. it's a bit of a headache to have the panel pop up to have to minimize it every time to work on code again. would love to have an option to disable the panel pop up. thanks.
