[Feature request] 在windows 下使用git-bash 来运行 sh 文件。

windows 下安装git for windows 之后，就可以运行.sh 结尾的bash脚本。但是在code runner 中无法运行。

在windows 下，使用 git-bash 执行sh脚本。
