[Feature request] Additional terminal opens by default (instead of terminal in editor tab)

- OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19043
- Code Runner Version: v0.11.5

opening of two terminals instead of one

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run a C/C++/Python file from the play button
2. Result --> Two terminal opens by default. I have a setting that the terminal shows as a tab in the editor (vscode june update)

**Actual behavior**
Description of what happened actually.
Two terminals opened

**Expected behavior**
Description of what you expected to happen.
I should get my result in a single terminal only
